Royal Hawaiian Center announced the opening of Kazan Ramen Express in the Pāʻina Lānai Food Court.
The new ramen eatery specializes in Tori Paitan, a chicken-based broth made from chicken bone.
Kazan Ramen Express is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The restaurant is known for its Tori Paitan ramen, which features a thick and savory chicken bone broth as its soup base.
Other specialty items include Red Kazan Ramen, its signature ramen topped with spicy ground chicken; Chicken Shoyu or Shio Ramen; Karaage Chicken; and a variety of Donburi.
